It was a nice looking bell, but while the sound was melodic, the volume wasn't as full as described. It was melodically pleasant, but gentle volumed. Passer-bys wouldn't hear it until too close, and vehicles with closed windows will definitely not hear it. My old German bell works better. Thought I'd get a replacement least it breaks down, Looks like I've got to look for another bell as replacement.
