First of all, the official product mentioned 3+, never say 3yr-10yr old like Amazon.com said. So don't expect this to be a much bigger car for bigger kids - it's basically the same size as other cars in this category, just a tad higher.

Secondly, this vehicle is not all terrain like the Hummers. It easily get stuck on small grass slope. If the road is bumpy? Forget about it.

Thirdly, all the stickers are made of grossy paper. How much sense does it make? IMHO: None. This is supposed to be an outdoor vehicle which will subject to moisture, UV light, and dirt, let alone rain. Why would cheap paper stickers are used? This is just beyond my comprehension.

I'd like to preface the majority of my review by saying that the product itself is quiet nice. It has the proportions I need to safely lock my front wheel and frame with ease. It comes with a handful of keys that seem to work fine. The lock is rubberized so it does not blemish the bike. Now for the bad things! I am fairly certain my particular lock came as a refurb or return. The packaging was smashed up. The product was also very sticky. It looked like the last person who had this in their hands had had taffy for lunch. This alone is unacceptable. What's worse was the mount came more or less broken. The strap was jammed (improperly) into the ratcheting portion so tightly that no amount of force could dislodge it. I ended up stripping one of the hex nuts. The tightening nuts are double sided so I guess I still have hope, but I've otherwise given up on the mount. Since I ride with a back pack most of the time, I just settled for carrying it. You can find this particular tricycle sold under many different names. Here it is Grip. At Tractor Supply stores it is sold as Country Kids 10 inch Tricycle. On Ebay you see sold as Western Express. It's all the same bike made by an oriental company but sold by different companies.

But that doesn't really matter. What does matter is that it is a great tricycle for about $50. It is all steel, not a bit of plastic on this thing. Rubber tires. Nice large seat. Decent hardware comes with it to assemble, but you could always use better nuts and bolts if you really wanted to...it's all standard sizing. What you normally get for $50 is a mostly plastic piece of junk. With this trike, you actually get a well-made metal toy that will last for a long time.

Let me point out one thing. It says ages 3-8 on the package. My three year old can't ride it. On the highest setting, closest to the pedals he still can't reach. My four year can ride it pretty well, but it's still somewhat large for him. They love, however, that there is a little bar across the back that makes up the "rear axle" that they can stand on so one kid can drive and one can ride along in standing position. The tires on this thing are huge, especially the front tire. I haven't owned it long enough to tell how the tires will hold up over time, but they seem to be on par with just about all the other inflatable tire-type toys out there, if not better.

Easy to assemble out of box. Sturdy. Won't easily tip over. Definitely large and rugged enough if you live in the country or need an "off road" trike. I got it for $50, so search around a bit if the price is higher than that.Get more detail about Grip All Terrain Tricycle.
