Bought this at Christmas, waiting for the spring months to get out and use. I have been rolling for about one month now and can tell you, yes this is a great product. I am over 50, active, walking, biking and wanted something that would give me a low-impact workout using different muscles than I was using. The first time out, I stepped on the platform, it started rolling and I freaked...since I do not skate etc, but after about 15 minutes, I was okay with it. The scooter unfolds and locks in place with a pin. Being a klutz, I contacted the company to get that extra pin, just in case I lose the first...The handle height adjusts and there is a front wheel brake and a rear fender brake (you step on it). In one month, practicing on the flat, I can do about 3 miles, switch feet on the platform and get my heart rate up into the aerobic range. This scooter is sturdy and I am having fun with it. At only 10 lbs weight, it is easy to take in the car. Would caution this is not for broken surfaces since the clearance is not as high as a bike.Get more detail about Xootr Mg with Fender - Black.
