We bought this bike for my son (3 yo). For the most part it's perfect- he can reach the pedals and pedal it himself. He can steer somewhat when he's in control. However- what I find annoying is that if we're trying to get somewhere and I want to use the handle bar, the front tire doesn't lock so the bike is *everywhere*. I didn't realize this was a feature I even wanted, but my neighbor's Kettler does it and it makes use of the handle-bar much easier.
We also found it to be kind of annoying to put together, but admittedly, we are not what you'd call "handy" people. ;)
