Ordered two of these bikes for my twin girls and received both of them at the same time serveral days later. One bike handlebar was sticked out from the packaging box and there is a little cosmetic damage to one end of the handle. Besides that both bikes arrived in very good condition with few very minor paint chips on both of them. Initially I had problem with the gear of one of the bikes. It only allow me to change some of the speeds. But after adjusting the gear assembly for quite a while even my 7 year old daughter can change all speeds easily. If you know how to adjust the brake and gear assemblies, this is the bike for you. The bike looks cool and pretty.
